Lifetime Residential Warranty: Our stainless steel and composite granite sinks are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns their home.

What’s Not Covered: Normal signs of use such as gloss reduction, scratches, stains, or marks from cleaning products, water, or household conditions are considered regular wear and tear and are not covered. Damage from accidents, misuse, improper installation, or poor maintenance is also excluded.

Commercial Use: When used in a commercial setting, sinks are covered for one (1) year from the purchase date.

Here’s our promise: If a genuine defect is found during the warranty period, we will—at our option—repair, replace, or provide an appropriate adjustment. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) is required.

Please note: This warranty does not cover labor, installation, or any incidental costs. Our liability will never exceed the purchase price of the product.
