Thank you for your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return for a refund. All return requests must be approved by our customer care team. Please complete the form below — we’ll respond within two business days.
This return policy applies to Stylish International Inc. dealers (brick-and-mortar). For purchases made through major marketplaces such as Amazon, Wayfair, or Lowe’s, please follow their respective return procedures.

Return Window Items are eligible for return within 30 days from the purchase date.

Return Shipping Charges Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a warranty issue.

Restocking Fee A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply depending on the reason for return and the product’s condition. Returns due to our error or defective items are not subject to this fee.

Non-Refundable Processing Fee Credit card processing fees (3%) are non-refundable except in cases involving damaged, missing, or defective items.

Original Packaging Requirement Items must be unused or defective and returned in their original, undamaged packaging to qualify for a full refund. Do not place shipping labels or tape directly on product boxes.

Refund Timeline Refunds may take up to 10 business days after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (processing time may vary by bank).

Returns on Credit Accounts For credit customers returning items prior to payment, a credit memo will be issued and applied to the customer’s balance.

Exchanges Not Offered We do not process exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the replacement.

Warranty Returns Items returned under warranty will be inspected and tested. If no defect is found, the customer is responsible for both shipping costs (replacement and return)

Proof of Damage or Defect Clear photos or videos are required to support damage or defect claims. If not provided, warranty shipping fees may apply.
