Return Policy
  • Thank you for your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund. All returns must be approved by our logistic team. Please fill out the form above and we will respond within two business days.
  • 30 Days Time Frame: Your order is only eligible for a return within the first 30 days after your purchase. The order date is used to determine the return time frame
  •  Original Package: If opened, items must be defective or unused, and returned with original undamaged packaging to be eligible for a refund. All returns must be shipped back in the original condition. Please put your product in an appropriate and protective shipping box or envelope and affix the shipping label to this package. Please do not affix postage labels, place packing tape, or write addresses directly on the product packaging. Doing this may disqualify your items for a refund and you may be responsible for return shipping charges. Stylish International Inc. is not responsible for products that are returned incorrectly or damaged during transit.
  • Get RMA:  All returns must be pre-approved before being eligible for a return, please contact us through the form above.
  • Shipping Charges: if we made a mistake with your order, the return shipping is on us. Otherwise, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.  
  • USA Return Address: 4220 Hyde Park Blvd Unit # 50417 Niagara Falls, NY 14305. Please be sure that our company name is displayed correctly Stylish International Inc, as it is a way to identify the package.
  • Canada Return Address: 85 Thompson Dr, Cambridge, ON N1T 2E4.
  • Refund Time: Refunds can take up to 10 business days to process and are reflected in your method of payment. Refunds will only be issued once the product is received, inspected, and approved by our receiving team. The amount will be refunded to the original form of payment and in some circumstances, we may charge a restocking fee. Stylish International Inc. is not responsible for products that are returned without prior approval.
  • Credit customers: For items returned before they are paid, a credit memo will be issued. The original invoice won’t be modified. The refund will be applied in the next order. Stylish International provides account statements on regular basis to customers with credit balances.
  • No exchanges: We can not offer exchanges. A return request must be made for the desired return item and a new order must be placed for its substitute.
