Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase! If for any reason you're unsatisfied, you can return it for a refund. All return requests require approval from our care team. Please complete the form bellow, and we'll respond within two business days. This return policy is applicable for Stylish International Inc.'s dealers (BM and Online). For purchases from major marketplaces like Amazon, Wayfair, Lowes, etc., please refer to their respective return policies.
  • RMA Approval: All returns must be pre-approved before being eligible. Please initiate the return through the form in this page.
  • Time Frame: Your order qualifies for return within the initial 30 days from the purchase date.
  • Restocking Fees: Please note that returns initiated at the customer's request will incur a 20% restocking fee, deducted from the refund to cover processing and restocking costs. However, returns due to our error, such as wrong or defective products, are exempt from this fee.
  • Credit Card Transaction Fee (3%): Processing fees are non-refundable except in cases of broken, missing, or defective products.
  • Original Packaging: Returned items must be unused or defective, and returned in their original undamaged packaging to be eligible for a refund. Ensure your product is securely packaged in an appropriate shipping box or envelope with the shipping label affixed. Avoid placing postage labels, packing tape, or addresses directly on the product packaging to avoid disqualification for a refund.
  • Shipping Charges: Return shipping costs are covered by us in the event of an error with your order; otherwise, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • USA Return Address: 4220 Hyde Park Blvd Unit #50417, Niagara Falls, NY 14305. Please ensure our company name "Stylish International Inc." is correctly displayed for package identification.
  • Canada Return Address: 85 Thompson Dr, Cambridge, ON N1T 2E4.
  • Refund Time: Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process after the product is received, inspected, and approved. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Customers with credit: For items returned before being paid, a credit memo will be issued, with the refund applied to customer’s balance. Account statements are provided regularly to customers with credit balances.
 
  • No Exchanges: Exchange requests are not accommodated. Instead, initiate a return for the desired item and place a new order for its substitute.

To start the return process for your order, please enter the following:
Return Reason: (fill the one that applies)
1. Customer changed their mind
Please write the SKU and QTY that need to be returned.
2. Wrong Item Shipped
If a wrong item was shipped please tell us which item was received:
You will receive a return shipping label via email.
3. Missing Item
If the order is missing an item, please tell us which item is missing:
You will receive a new tracking number via email within 1 business day.
4. Shipping Damage or Defective Product
Please upload 2 pictures where it clearly shows damage or manufacturer defect.

Please note that our return policy only applies to purchases made by our brick-and-mortar dealers directly from Stylish International Inc.'s portal.
 
If you've purchased our products from major marketplaces such as Amazon, Wayfair, Lowes, or others, please refer to their respective return policies for assistance.

To initiate a return, please ensure your order is from Stylish International Inc.'s brick-and-mortar dealers, and have your Stylish's order number ready. You can find this number in the confirmation email sent to you each time you place an order with us.
