Here’s our promise: if your porcelain sink shows a genuine manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we’ll repair or replace it with a product of equal value—quickly and hassle-free.

Please note that this warranty does not cover installation errors, accidental damage, misuse, labor costs, shipping fees, or any other incidental expenses. Additionally, minor variations in finish or surface wear resulting from regular use are considered normal and are not covered under this warranty.

For commercial use, the warranty is one year from the date of purchase.
